Filter Unwanted Email

UKU provide free spam-filtering as part of our 'SelfCare' service, and it's simple and quick to activate:

Go to 'Members Login' and enter your username and password. This will bring up the 'Main Menu' screen. Click the Services tab (highlighted).


Now look for the 'Primary Account' Heading, under which your primary email address will be displayed (highlighted here). Click on your email address.


You will now see a variety of options in the grey tabs to the right of the screen, one of which is Enable Spam Filtering. Click this to activate the service.
