Stage One : Activating your webspace
Before you can put a website up you have to first activate your webspace. To do this you need to go to 'Members Login'. Enter your '@uku.co.uk' email address and password to login. This will bring up the 'Main Menu' screen. Click the Services tab (highlighted).Now look for the 'Primary Account' Heading, under which your primary email address will be displayed (highlighted here). Click on your email address.
You will now see a variety of options in the grey tabs to the right of the screen, one of which is Setup Webspace. Click this.
Now you will need to create a name for your 'Webspace Directory' (remember that this will form part of your website address and therefore be visible to internet users) and create a password to access the webspace. When you have done this click Accept to finish.
